Unfortunately the styling of a wedding often takes a back seat. Is it because there is no budget left? Or has no one thought of it? Maybe it is because you don’t really know all that is possible. Let me help you with some great ideas! Believe me, styling truly makes the difference between a nice wedding and a gorgeous one of which your guests will say ‘WOW!’.

Lanterns
Inside and outside: lanterns have a fabulous effect. Especially when you put LED lights in them. Outside can be a bit difficult, but if there are pretty big trees you can hang the lanterns in them. Or strain a cord between two trees and hang them there. If you would like to use them as a ‘ceiling’ you could bang a pole in the ground.

Ribbons
It’s incredible what you can do with ribbons! Tip: use double satin ribbon. Its quality is much better (shining on both sides). You will get the best results when you take at least two colours, for example your theme colour and white, or different shades of your theme colour.

What to style with ribbons?

• Chairs, bind the ribbons horizontal or vertical
• Garden house, canopy
• Sticks with ribbon alongside the entranceway
• As background, for example behind the band or dessert table
• As ceiling, together with lights
• And much much more…be creative!

• Cranes (bring good luck!)
• Kusudama flowers
• Butterflies (also for name cards attached to someone’s glass)
