Master of ceremonies

The ceremony mastery starts a while before the wedding. A good start is half the work.

What do I do for you when I am your master of ceremonies:

In the preparations:

• You will receive a special wedding planning document, where we can plan the entire wedding from A to Z.
• Final check of your invitation / wedding card (it is possible at an additional cost that we provide the RSVP’s).
• Each bride and groom also receives their own wedding website, see for example the wedding of Julie & Thomas! So convenient for the guests!
• About 2 months in advance when everything is arranged, we have together a very extensive final details meeting. We sit with the location(s) and / or caterer and put all the last dots on the i.
• Then I make a very comprehensive wedding script where all suppliers and the location(s) can work with. Everything is in it, making it easy to switch ad hoc if there is something unexpected (eg due to the weather).
• I forward the wedding script and agree with all suppliers and location (s).
• I am also a contact person for your guests: do they want to organize surprises for you, do they have extra questions about the dress code or gift people, then they can contact me.
• In the week before the wedding we also have extra contact and we take the very last points (this can be the weather plan for the day).

On the wedding day:

• Depending on the size of the wedding I come alone, usually we come in pairs and sometimes we even come with 3 or 4. Just what is needed so that we can keep the quality high!
• In consultation with you we will discuss from when to when it is the best that we are present. This is often at least 1.5 hours before the guests arrive until halfway through the party. However, if you have a splashing end, there is transport arranged for the guests, then it can also be very nice that we support you all the way to the end. And that the whole day is truly carefree enjoyment!
• On the day itself, we are your wedding planner, the point of contact for all guests and suppliers (location, photographer, catering, florist, make-up artist, hairdresser, wedding cake specialist, band, DJ etc.). We make sure everything runs perfectly according to plan and on rolls, we solve unexpected problems, take care of the finishing touch of the styling and we are your memory as bride and groom (rings, bouquet, necessary papers).

Our signature are beautiful weddings where everything is planned in a flow. A day in which everything is right from start to finish!
