Chateau de Blier is made up of two castles, Le Grand Château de Blier (right) & Le Petit Château de Blier (white, left). Personally I found Le Grand Chateau to be the most beautiful. It is a true castle, with stately living areas and stylishly furnished bedrooms. There is room for about 40 to 48 people. This location has a real vintage feel to it. The area around the castles is also delightful, and they are set on an estate of three hectares. Outside you have a view of the gorgeous valley. An outdoor wedding would be perfect here, and it would be lovely to dine outside as well. In case the weather is bad it is also possible to stay in the spacious interior of the castle.
Le Petit Chateau offers sleeping areas for 20 to 25 people, and can be used in combination with Le Grand Chateau via a hallway on the first floor that connects both castles. On top of all that, next to the castles there is an intimate Michelin-starred restaurant where you could also have people stay. Abundant possibilities, in other words!
